QI GONG WORKSHOP CONTINUES

QI GONG WORKSHOP CONTINUESThe Bicol University College of Medicine (BUCM) hosted a two-day workshop dubbed as “Sheng Zhen Gong (The Qi Gong of Unconditional Love)’ held last January 9-10, 2015 at the BU Health and Sciences Building in partnership with the International Sheng Zhen Society (ISZS).


The activity was joined by different BU personnel and other interested individuals. The Sheng Zhen Gong is a kind of Qi Gong, which is like a Chinese Yoga that balances human emotions and strengthens the immune system as introduced by Mr. Roger Ty-Simone, Certified Teacher of the ISZS. He is one of the ISZS representatives who conducted the activity together with Dr. Ma. Teresa Sicat, ISZS President; Ms. Sylvia Singson, ISZS Director and Ms. Ma. Zenaida Espadero, Certified Teacher.
