Ronnel R. Dioneda, Sr. Ronnel R. Dioneda, Sr., is a BS Biology graduate from Bicol University in 1991. He finished his MSC Fisheries in 2001 with specialization in Aquatic Bioecology. He balances home and work. A loving husband to Elisa Gladys Andes and a doting father to five, he has been a recipient of various local and national awards on NRM. He is a comedian but serious in work.
Angelo P. Candelaria The Abraham in the group, Angelo P. Candelaria, has seven children. He is a responsible, literally, the First Responsible of a religious organization. This shows in his complete devotion to his work and family, making him an award-winning researcher and a loving father and husband.
Ida Francia H. Revale Ida Francia H. Revale is the Head of the Technology Development and Promotion Unit (TPDU). She is also the Director of the Regional Center for Food Safety and Quality Assurance (RCFSQA).
Julieta B. Brugada-BuamaYolanda Julieta B. Brugada-Buama, always wearing a sweet smile, is a loving mother of four responsible children, namely; Miko, Ken, Megan and Angel. She and her kids reside in Tayhi, Tabaco, Albay. A BS Commerce-Accounting graduate of Divine Word College, Legazpi City, she has worked in the center for 17 years.
Christopher O. PacardoChristopher O. Pacardo, Assistant Professor IV, Head of Intellectual Property Rights Unit (IPRU) andf the Manager of Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO). He is a Registered Professional Agricultural Engineer and a Certified Patent Agent. He is one of the makers of the "Process of Producing Starch and Flour from Arrowroot Tubers" and "Mechanical Process of Producing Ginger Tea and Powder". He is also the Director of the Bicol University Center for Technology Commercialization and Enterprise Development (BUCTCED).

Amano a Ph.D. in Plant Science, the former Dean of the BU College of Agriculture & Forestry and now is connected to BURDC as Technical Staff of TDPU (Technology Development and Promotion Unit). Specializing in Farming Systems, Crop Production & Management & Statistics. He is also the Local BAC Chairman of the BU Research and Extension.
Carlos V. Cortez, Jr.Carlos V. Cortez, Jr is a B.S. Agriculture Education graduate in specializing in Agronomy Socioeconomic Research and Community Development. He hails from Guinobatan, Albay. He was born on October 11, 1969 and he loves to receive gifts such as a smile.
Fe D. AtaizaFe D. Ataiza is an alumna of BU College of Engineering , A licensed but non-practicing Electrical Engineer, she preferred to devote herself to her family. She resides at West Washington Drive, Legazpi City and is married to Aristophane Ataiza, an OCW. She and her husband are blessed with two smart and adorable kids, Anzhela Eryn, 7, and Andrew Albert, 4.

Alicia B. SerranoAlicia B. Serrano graduate of Non-Formal Education, 3rd year college. A Resort Caretaker & Cook for eight years and one year as Day Care Center. Now, she is the Janitor of BU Research and Development Center.
Oween C. SamsonOween C. Samson a graduate of Associate in Computer-Based Accountancy at AMA Computer Learning Center Sorsogon City. Was born in the Municipality of Bulan, Sorsogon. Have been a Sales Clerk at SM Appliance Center Fairview of JVC products at 2007 and a Document Analyst in Content Online Services, Inc. at 2008. Has knowledge in MS Office Applications, Web Developing, Graphic Designing. Assigned at the PMDU (Program Monitoring & Data Banking Unit) of BURDC as a Webpage Designer.
Irene B. MalayoIrene B. Malayo finished a Bachelor of Science major in Coastal Resource Management from BUTC. Have worked in Taiwan as Electronic Operator for one and a half years and also worked as Research Aide in BUTC for two years. Now, she is an Administrative Aide in PMDU (Program Monitoring & Data Banking Unit) of BURDC that participates in compilation of research information. Assists in monitoring of researches across Colleges, prepares reports, communications to the Deans and Research Coordinators.
Zaira G. BatallerZaira G. Bataller an outstanding graduate of Batch 2007 of BU College of Agriculture and Forestry who took up B.S. in Agribusiness. Completed her Academic Requirement for the Master in Entrepreneurship and currently enrolled in Thesis writing. A former research assistant of various research projects of the university and working as Administrative Aide III of Intellectual Property Rights Unit (IPRU) of BURDC at present and Certified Patent Drafter of the Innovation and Technology Support Office. Happily married to a loving husband Richard Bataller.

A former research assistant of the Program Bicol University Comprehensive Program for Special Population under Dr. Helen M. Llenaresas. Loves to play basketball and soccer and keeps a balanced lifestyle by joining fun run activities.
