It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ma’am Ester De la Cruz Balane, 92, a former English department faculty member of the College of Education, who passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

Her wake is at Bonafe St., Barangay 3, Malilipot, Albay. The interment will be on September 9, 2022. A holy mass will be held at 1 pm at the Sto. Domingo Church.
