The Bicol University College of Engineering (BUCENG) held its virtual recognition and graduation rites for the school year 2019-2020 premiered live through their Facebook page on June 30, 2021.

With the theme, Pagsulong ng Edukasyuon sa Gitna ng Pandemya, the program awarded students who excelled in academics, service, and leadership.
