Ballesteros, Siapno, and Pabilona - CBEM's 3 Most Empowered WomenThursday March 31,2022
Prof. Christina U. Ballesteros, Prof. Imelda A. Siapno, and Prof. Analiza O. Pabilona are the 2022 Most Empowered Women Awardees of the College of Business, Economics and Management (CBEM).
They were selected based on their solid contribution to the college in terms of their innovative and influential policy and activity proposals that were submitted and conducted. It was observed and evaluated by a team composed of the College Registrar headed by Mr. Salvador M. Abiňo, Chairperson of the Entrepreneurship Department Prof. Edgar S. Barrameda, Associate Dean and Planning Officer Prof. Shiela B. Desuyo, who is also awarded as the CBEM 2022 Most Outstanding Woman in Service, and the CBEM Dean Dr. Eddie S. See.
Prof. Ballesteros, the First Most Empowered Woman awardee, is the Chairperson of the Department of Business Administration which has six majors. On the other hand, Prof. Siapno, the Second Most Empowered Woman awardee, is the college’s GAD and Research Coordinator. Meanwhile, Prof. Pabilona, the Third Most Empowered Woman awardee, is the Chairperson of the Department of Accountancy.
Their recognition, together with CBEM’s 2022 Ten Most Empowered Female Students, will be awarded through a simple ceremony on April 5, 2022.
